A typical project will take 6-8 weeks. The framework consists of 10 distinct steps designed to produce a step-change in our client’s market understanding, branded proposition and organisational alignment.
The primary output of the project is the Brand Positioning Statement. This defines the winning brand benefit upon which to compete recognising the full range of customer needs and competitor offerings. This document is the brief for all subsequent marketing activity. It will ensure all marketing investment is grounded in market and customer reality and is consistent with our client’s new unique brand position.
