Damien Rossi - Partner
Damien has over 25 years’ experience in Consumer Goods, Media, Professional Services and Manufacturing. He has held senior executive positions in some of the world’s best sales and marketing organisations such as Diageo, Nestle and News Corp across Europe, Asia and Australia.
From corporate strategy through to front-line marketing and sales leadership roles, Damien has worked across multiple B2C and B2B markets and economic conditions. He now specialises in helping business owners identify their winning market position, one that connects with their most valuable customers and drives growth.
He is also non-exec director and Advisory Board member for many customer-focused SME businesses.
Damien is based in Brisbane and leads the Australian and New Zealand practice.
Lorcan Rossi - Partner
Lorcan has over 25 years’ experience in Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage Industries and has established a proven track record leading and advising some of the world’s best sales and marketing organisations operating in highly dynamic and competitive marketplaces.
He has held senior executive positions within blue chip multinationals as well as significant privately-owned organisations including Diageo, Accenture, Boyne Valley Group and Glanbia. Lorcan has extensive international experience both within industry and as a consultant directing and advising both B2C and B2B enterprises.
He also fully appreciates the particular challenges facing SME’s having founded and is presently the CEO of the Dublin Whiskey Distillery Co. (D.W.D)
Lorcan is based in Dublin and leads the Irish and UK practice.
